setup: clean install (minimal) of 24.04 and 26.04 with full update and
install openssh-server and remmina
enable "system->remote desktop->desktop sharing" and "system->remote
desktop->remote login"
test: try connecting with remmina (rdp) from host to new machine (port
3389) for remote login.
result: login to 24.04 works as expected, both for remote-desktop (port 3390)
and remote-login (port 3389)
** login to 26.04 fails for remote-login (port 3389), but succeeds for
remote-desktop (port 3390)**
