Public bug reported:

We recently [1] switched to the edge channel for ubuntu-image [2] for
Stonking builds. By the time Stonking Beta is prepared, the snap should
be promoted to stable, and we need to undo the switch. This bug's sole
purpose is to keep track of this situation and to remember to switch
back.
