UM 26.10 daily ISOs are failing to build since Sep 7 with error:
```

After discussion on matrix channel, following is additional error
message from build process:

It is understood that due to transition to `dracut` the line,
```
echo FRAMEBUFFER=y | tee /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/splash
```
inside `debian/plymouth-theme-ubuntu-mate-logo.postinst` file of
`ubuntu-mate-artwork` package, is failing configuration (file does not
exist).
