Hey Gerard, thanks for your patience. Do you remember which kernel version it last worked on? Did you recently upgrade to a new version of Ubuntu, like 24.04 Noble to 26.04 Resolute? Finding a kernel version when it last worked will help us find the code that broke so we can fix it. Let me know, thanks :-)
