* Remove the desktop canary tweaks - these are done in livecd-rootfs now

* Send a casper-specific User-Agent when downloading an ISO, instead of
the bare "Wget" that the initramfs wget defaults to, so that mirror
operators can account for netboot traffic and tell an automated netboot
apart from a human at the interactive prompt (LP: #2164828).
