Public bug reported:
The autopkgtests are hanging with the new openmpi version and blocking
transition. The bug is also impacting Debian and they removed the
package from testing, similarly we are going to demote to proposed to
help the openmpi transition
$ reverse-depends -r stonking src:lammps
