Public bug reported:

An error in executing the 'history' command shows that 'history -c' is a
valid command.

dougga@Pele:~$ history -h
bash: history: -h: invalid option
history: usage: history [-c] [-d offset] [n] or history -anrw [filename] or
history -ps arg [arg...]

'history -c' is not documented in the man page

'history -c' clears the command history.

This needs to be documented and I would recommend adding a 'Are you sure
you want to do that' interruption/verification.

** Affects: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
