Summary:
Window stops accepting input after dismissing title bar context menu on X11
Bug Description:
Environment:
* Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
* GNOME X11 session
Steps to reproduce:
1. Right-click the title bar of any application window.
2. The GNOME window context menu appears.
3. Click somewhere outside the menu without selecting any menu item.
4. Try to interact with application windows.
Expected result:
The context menu closes and window interaction continues normally.
Actual result:
After dismissing the menu by clicking outside it, application windows stop
responding to mouse/keyboard input.
The applications themselves are not frozen. For example, xprop still
works and the affected windows recover immediately after switching to
another application with Alt+Tab and then switching back.
The issue is reproducible 100% of the time.
This does not appear to be application-specific; it occurs with multiple
application windows.
