Public bug reported:
after the computer is suspended, pressing a key on the keyboard turns on
the computer and mouse, but the monitor stays turned off. pressing more
keys or moving the mouse does not turn on the monitor.
switching back one version to linux-image-6.8.0-138-generic resolves the
issue.
