Update: this is now fixed upstream. The AW88399 HDA side-codec series
(merge 18a44e70450a) is in v7.3-rc1 via the sound-7.3-rc1 pull
(e5c91aac491d). On LP: #2139298 the kernel team asked for this to go
through upstream first. It has, so please consider backporting it to
resolute's linux 7.0. That kernel is what linux-hwe-7.0 is built from,
so this also covers noble.
My hardware: Legion Pro 7 16IAX10H (83F5), codec SSID 17aa:3907,
controller PCI SSID 17aa:3d6c, ACPI AWDZ8399. On 7.0.0-31-generic the
woofers are silent ("ALC287: picked fixup for PCI SSID 17aa:0000").

6f5f85d10e93 touches drivers/acpi/scan.c (built-in), so this can't be
shipped as DKMS. Firmware aw88399_acf.bin isn't in linux-firmware yet;
affected users can install it manually in the meantime.
