Public bug reported: Please confirm the standing OpenStack Feature Freeze arrangement for Hibiscus in Ubuntu 26.10 (Stonking), covering OpenStack components and their OpenStack-maintained dependencies.
The upstream milestones covered by this request are: - RC1: target week of 7 September 2026 - Final release candidates: week of 21 September 2026 - Final release: 01 October 2026 These fall after Ubuntu's Feature Freeze. This request includes the RC1 package updates and subsequent release candidates and final versions, to deliver a consistent Hibiscus release in Stonking. Hibiscus final release precedes Ubuntu's Final Freeze on 8 October and final release on 15 October.
