All packages appear to have migrated successfully. However, there is
still a test failure in Debian. The run succeeds, as the `librust-
libheif-sys-dev` test is marked as flaky in the latest version of `rust-
libheif-sys`. Notably, both bugs referenced in the most recent comment
have already been fixed in Debian, and Ubuntu package versions now match
Debian's.
I think we can close the bug.
