I have similar issue and are also running Linux Mint 22.3 with kernel
7.0.0-31.

Have two MSI monitors connected on a Radeon 9700XT.

Cannot find anything in logs about a faulty shutdown or reboot either.

But will help if i can and there are more commands to run to find the
root cause.
