Steps to reproduce:

Snap first window to one side of the desktop, open new window and try to
snap that to the other side

Actual results:

Second window does not do it, centers a bit in that side but does not
snap to the side

Expected results:

snapped to the correct side.

Reported to firefox, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2046349
The person there confirmed it's a general problem, not specific to firefox.
