myst-parser 5.1.0-2 is stuck in Ubuntu stonking proposed-migration
because its migration causes the autopkgtest for sphinx-remove-toctrees
1.0.0-1build1 to fail on amd64, amd64v3, arm64, ppc64el, and s390x, and
sphinxcontrib-mermaid 2.0.1-2 to fail on amd64, amd64v3, armhf, and
s390x.
These regressions appear to be due to myst-parser needing the latest
versions of markdown-it-py and mdit-py-plugins (see LP: #2166458).
Specifying these newest versions (>= 4.2.0 and >=0.6.1, respectively)
should be enough to fix the issue.
