Public bug reported:
Today first time I found this glitch. And wrong window bounds (because
standard cursor became change-window-size cursor but in wrong position).
By cursor I can't move the window. By cursor I can't change horizontal
size. But by cursor I can try change vertical size. To change vertical
size I should keep cursor pushed in unusual position (more close to the
bottom then usual) and move. I also can move the window across my 2
screens using shift+super+VK_LEFT or shift+super+VK_RIGHT, after
changing screen the same problem with the window. In the same time other
windows (terminal, firefox) looks good, only GNOME Text Editor window is
broken. I even can't close GNOME Text Editor.
I have video but we can see glitch on the smartphone video only, not
from screen recording. I don't know how to reproduce the bug. I didn't
do anything special. However the key point is, perhaps, I have 2 screens
connected via DisplayPort.
