Checked libnvfatbin-13-3 Some hints, but no blockers (it seems this is what we settle on :-) )
- you hid a lintian error with exit-in-shared-library and now lintian dropped the tag and you have an alian-tag error because you do so :-) https://launchpad.net/debian/+source/lintian/2.134.0 - descriptions - short and long description is the same and saying not much and in saying not much I'm unsure if "nvfatbin link native" is correct, is that not (from pkg-config) more "NVIDIA compiler library for fatbin interaction" ? - I'm unsure about this one and I feel we discussed in the past Across many packages usr/local/cuda-13.3/lib64 symlinks are in every package. I know dpdkg tolerates this but I'm slightly concerned that might some day cause issues on weird orders of install/remove/purge - if that could long term be in one and only one place and all that needs it depends on it, that sounds helpful - debian/libnvfatbin-dev-13-3.install:5:pkg-config/*.pc usr/lib/pkgconfig/ I guess here you force-follow upstream again. But that this should be a multiarch like /usr/lib/<triplet>/pkgconfig right? - And that pc file made me look into it. I understand that you put one in amd64 and one in arm64 but. "includedir=${cudaroot}/targets/x86_64-linux/include" is okay, while includedir=${cudaroot}/targets/sbsa-linux/include seems odd. Server Base System Architecture is not a standardized path we'd have or have I just not seen yet that this is the same across all and actually consistent? => accepted -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2155655 Title: [needs-packaging] cuda-13-3 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/2155655/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
