Public bug reported:
Attempting to install the NVIDIA GPU driver packages has undefined
behavior in system containers since it will attempt to pull in kernel
packages that can't be used, which will results in resolver errors. We
should point users to the Ubuntu-supported mechanism for passing through
GPUs to lxc containers instead, and only allow installation via an
override flag.
I won't SRU this one since it is probably an uncommon use case and could
theoretically regress some users.
