Verified the Neutron candidate for LP #2167438 on Ubuntu 24.04 Noble
using UCA gazpacho-proposed and a separate three-node hyperconverged
regress-stack deployment. Each node ran Nova compute, Neutron/OVN,
Keystone, Glance, Placement, Cinder, Ceph, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Valkey.
The APT source was noble-proposed/gazpacho. All three nodes installed
python3-neutron, neutron-api, neutron-rpc-server, neutron-periodic-
workers, and neutron-ovn-metadata-agent at 2:28.0.2-0ubuntu1~cloud0.
Sequential deployment and full readiness passed.
The native regress-stack Tempest run completed: 122 tests, 110 passed,
12 skipped, 0 failed. This included 48 Tempest network API and 20
Neutron Tempest plugin passes. Floating IP, server basic operations, and
volume attach/detach tests passed.
Direct Neutron API operations created a network, subnet, router with
external gateway, security group and rule, and port. The network and
router appeared in OVN NB; cleanup succeeded.
