Public bug reported:
golang-1.24 was removed from Debian so we should remove it from stonking
also.
I am setting this as incomplete while we wait for the update to docker-
compose-v2 to migrate out of stonking-proposed.
The reverse-depends for newer golang versions can be ignored since they
are alternate build-depends.
