Public bug reported:

emacs-jabber 0.13.1-1 is stuck in Ubuntu stonking proposed-migration because
its own autopkgtest regresses on i386 (all other architectures pass;
armhf is "not a regression").

Test log:
https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/results/autopkgtest-stonking/stonking/i386/e/emacs-jabber/20260925_213223_799f0@/log.gz
History: https://autopkgtest.ubuntu.com/packages/e/emacs-jabber/stonking/i386

The test never runs; it fails with badpkg because its dependencies cannot
be installed:

Depends: emacs-jabber-omemo:i386 but it is not installable
E: Unable to satisfy dependencies. Reached two conflicting assignments:
     2. satisfy:command-line:amd64 Depends emacs-jabber-omemo:i386
  dh-elpa-test-autopkgtest FAIL badpkg

0.13.1-1 introduces a new arch:any binary, emacs-jabber-omemo (native
code, uses libmbedtls). It is published for amd64, amd64v3, arm64, armhf,
ppc64el, riscv64 and s390x, but not i386, which Ubuntu builds only
partially. The previous version 0.9.0-1build1 had no arch-specific
binaries and passed on i386 (migration-reference 2/2 pass). With 0.13.1-1
it has failed on i386 16/16 times. Retrying will not help.

Suggested resolution (either one):
- Release team: add hint `force-badtest emacs-jabber/0.13.1-1/i386`, since
i386 isn't meant to be a target for this package; or
- Packaging: adjust debian/tests so the test does not require
emacs-jabber-omemo where it is not built (e.g. skip-not-installable
  restriction), and forward to Debian.
