Update after upgrade to Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS (Resolute).

The RTL8852CE Wi-Fi failure remains reproducible with the current Ubuntu
26.04 kernel:

Affected kernel: 7.0.0-34-generic
Working fallback kernel: 6.17.0-40-generic

The current Ubuntu 26.04 kernel packages are installed and up to date:

linux-generic: 7.0.0-34.34
linux-generic-hwe-26.04: 7.0.0-34.34

There are no held kernel packages.

Booting 7.0.0-34-generic reproduces the same Wi-Fi failure previously
observed with 7.0.0-30 and 7.0.0-31. Returning to 6.17.0-40-generic
immediately restores normal operation of the same Realtek RTL8852CE
adapter.

Therefore, the RTL8852CE / rtw89_8852ce regression remains present in
kernel 7.0.0-34 under Ubuntu 26.04.1 LTS.

I am currently retaining 6.17.0-40-generic as the working compatibility
fallback.
