I see a bunch of foreign/3rd party packages still installed according to the apt-clone state taken at the start of the upgrade.
Perhaps remove some/all of these, as incompatible library version and conflicts can create situations un-resolvable but the upgrader. For example, have seen recently upgrades get blocked or broken by grub- customizer being installed.
