I installed Ubuntu kernel 7.0.0-38 a few days ago and it seems like the
suspend issue is gone. I don't want to jinx it, but I let the computer
sit on and self-suspend for about 90 minutes and it resumed fine. I then
manually suspended and left it alone for about 6 hours and again it
resumed fine. This is on my Lenovo P1G7 Meteor Lake, iGPU. I'm going to
close this bug report for now.

I encourage others to give it a try and comment here with you results.
