I tested previous kernel builds and confirmed that kernel
7.0.0-34-generic works properly without any issues. The problem is a
regression introduced in kernel 7.0.0-38-generic.

Last Known Working Kernel: 7.0.0-34-generic

Regressed Kernel: 7.0.0-38-generic
