+ New 24.70 firmware are in c5018ff6b11d ("iwlwifi: add Bz/Sc FW for

## FFE ##
[Rationale]
* Intel targets Nova Lake WiFi with 24.80 as planned in bug 2162157, yet
the in-tree driver is not ready, and backport-iwlwifi 24.70 is the
latest official release we may have so far. With backport-iwlwifi 24.70,
we may drive the device with beta release firmwares. The final firmware
is still pending for upstream review/verification.
[ Scope ]
* Support Intel WhP2 (BE211), SpP2 (BE213), LzP2 (AX221) WiFi/Bluetooth
for Intel Nova Lake platforms.
* Add the output of seeded-in-ubuntu backport-iwlwifi-dkms.
```
$ seeded-in-ubuntu backport-iwlwifi-dkms
backport-iwlwifi-dkms's binaries are not seeded.
```
[ Regression Potential ]
* backport-iwlwifi-dkms is never recommended and is only used whenever
the hardware enablement is given no other choice for cutting edge Intel
WiFi generations. People are not supposed to use backport-iwlwifi-dkms
whenever there are compatible alternatives, that is, kernels with
same/newer UCODE/CORE firmware API levels. When used in hardware
enablement in oem projects, it will be migrated to the in-tree iwlwifi
driver whenever available. We don't switch from an in-tree iwlwifi
driver to backport-iwlwifi-dkms.
* Migrating from 24.60 to 24.70, the backport compatibility is
maintained as the lowest supported firmware level stays at core102.
* backport-iwlwifi-dkms contains more features than the in-tree iwlwifi
driver of the same firmware level, but mostly are for features under
experiment or for hardware generations in the future. Switching back to
in-tree driver doesn't cause problems for the PV generation that a
firmware level is meant for.
