Public bug reported:
On Stonking unity-settings-daemon fail to start with error message
saying that it's libraries could not be found.
The fix is to move libraries from /usr/lib/unity-settings-daemon-1.0 to
/usr/lib/${DEB_HOST_ARCH}/unity-settings-daemon-1.0/
