* d/debconf/conf.d/acl/30_exim4-config_check_rcpt: Do not wrap the
spfquery arguments in ${quote:...} since the ${run} command does
not invoke the shell command anymore but invoke the program with
list of args resulting from the command string split (LP: #2165160).
