Possible regression from this SRU on non-SEV hosts: with the amdsev descriptor now mapped as "memory", libvirt autoselects OVMF.amdsev.fd for plain UEFI guests without nvram and virt-aa-helper rejects it, so the guest fails to start. Details and reproducer: LP: #2169887
