Still present in 7.0.0-38 from resolute-updates. On the Surface Pro 11 here, 2 of 41 warm reboots came up with "Controller in error state", with the same signature as on 7.0.0-34: gp1 mailbox interrupts before "Waiting for firmware download to complete". That is fewer than the 9 of 28 measured on -34, but those were other days, not a side-by-side run.
