iisignature 0.23+git20260603.447577b+ds-2 in stonking-proposed can't migrate.
Its riscv64 binary is missing:

The riscv64 binary is missing on purpose. Debian restricted the package's
architectures in -2:
iisignature (0.23+git20260603.447577b+ds-2) unstable; urgency=medium

So Launchpad never created a riscv64 build for this version. Builds exist only
for amd64 and amd64v3, both successful. Of the architectures we build, the
release pocket has binaries of the old version (0.23+git20260216.b56bc38+ds-1)
only on amd64 and riscv64.
Nothing depends on the package, either at runtime or at build time:
$ reverse-depends -r stonking src:iisignature
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r stonking -b src:iisignature
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r stonking -a riscv64 src:iisignature
No reverse dependencies found
$ reverse-depends -r stonking -a riscv64 -b src:iisignature

I also checked the stonking and stonking-proposed indices directly. No package
depends on, recommends or suggests python3-iisignature. No source lists it in
Build-Depends(-Arch/-Indep) or Testsuite-Triggers.
Please remove the binary python3-iisignature 0.23+git20260216.b56bc38+ds-1 on
riscv64 from stonking so that iisignature 0.23+git20260603.447577b+ds-2 can
migrate.
