Public bug reported:

System Environment:
- Hardware: Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2
- OS: Ubuntu 26.04 (development branch)

Description:
When updating the kernel or running `flash-kernel` on a Raspberry Pi 3B, it
incorrectly selects the DTB for Raspberry Pi 5 (`bcm2712-rpi-5-b.dtb`) instead
of the correct RPi 3 DTB.
This causes a boot failure on the next reboot, triggering `piboot-try` to fall
back to the known good state with the error: "New boot assets in
/boot/firmware/new failed."

Even when explicitly overriding the machine type with the environment variable,
it still forces the RPi 5 DTB:
`sudo FK_MACHINE="Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Rev 1.2" flash-kernel`

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot Ubuntu Server 26.04 on Raspberry Pi 3 Model B.
2. Run `sudo flash-kernel`.
3. Observe the output incorrectly using `bcm2712-rpi-5-b.dtb`.

Terminal Output:
Using DTB: bcm2712-rpi-5-b.dtb
Installing
/lib/firmware/7.0.0-1020-raspi/device-tree/broadcom/bcm2712-rpi-5-b.dtb into
