** Description changed:

  [Impact]

The iscsi autopkgtest can fail on kernels that do not provide
iscsi_target_mod, such as the KVM kernel cited in the bug. The test then
cannot set up its iSCSI backstore, causing autopkgtest to fail even
though this is a test-environment limitation.

  [Test Plan]

Run the iscsi autopkgtest on a non-generic kernel without
iscsi_target_mod, with autopkgtest reboot support enabled. Verify that
the test switches to linux-generic, reboots, loads the module, and
proceeds with the iSCSI tests. Also run it on a generic kernel where the
  module is already available.

  [Where problems could occur]

The change affects only the iSCSI autopkgtest setup, not resource-agent
runtime behavior. Risk is limited to the test environment: installing or
booting the generic kernel may fail, or the module may still be
unavailable after reboot. In those cases, the setup emits a warning and
the test continues, so the autopkgtest may still fail.
