Public bug reported:

- Creating ~/.config/tiling-assistant uses
Gio.File.make_directory_with_parents()
  (Util.initialize()), run when the extension is enabled.
- _loadAfterSessionLock() checks the session file with Gio.File.query_exists()
  before loading it asynchronously, run after unlocking the screen.

As these run on the shell's main loop, the whole UI blocks for the duration of
the
I/O. On a slow or network-backed home directory this shows up as a freeze at
session
start and at screen unlock.

Expected: file I/O is asynchronous and never blocks the shell.
Actual: the shell main loop blocks on directory creation and the session-file
existence check.

** Affects: gnome-shell-ubuntu-extensions (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Medium
     Assignee: Marco Trevisan (Treviño) (3v1n0)
         Status: In Progress
