I took another look at this since the language packs were updated for Stonking a couple of hours ago.
Based on current translation status for Stonking, https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu, Northern Sami is at ~10.4% which is above the treshold. This is just ahead of Assamese which is also above 10% and published new versions. See for instance https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-as- base/+publishinghistory I tried running the import script (https://git.launchpad.net/langpack-o-matic/tree/import) locally in case there were some other checks or errors. Had to do some edits to get it to run, most importantly skipped static translations otherwise it would get stuck on downloading something and reducing the "https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/{release}/+latest-full-language-pack" file to just se and another example locale. After some fiddling, and verifying se was listed in maps/supported-locales it produced directories for packages for https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-gnome-se-base https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-se-base I would assume all directories in target dir would be built and published for Stonking, however these two don't appear to have been uploaded with the rest. Could there be some additional step where these are filtered out? Possibly affected by the fact that since the language packs are not currenlty in Stonking, publishing would effectively introduce a new package instead of upgrading the existing one? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2150677 Title: language-pack-se and language-pack-se-base not built for Northern Sámi since Trusty (14.04) – needed for 26.04 and later To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-translations/+bug/2150677/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
