This bug was fixed in the package taffybar - 4.1.1-1ubuntu6

---------------
taffybar (4.1.1-1ubuntu6) stonking; urgency=medium

  * Revert to the Debian packaging, dropping the -fllvm workaround and the
    clang-21, libclang-21-dev and llvm-21 Build-Depends. The amd64 failure
    was due to haskell-x11 leaking -Wl,-Bsymbolic-functions in its
    ld-options, fixed in haskell-x11 1.10.3-5ubuntu1. The -fllvm workaround
    only moved the amd64 failure to the Haddock step and made the build
    segfault on ppc64el (lp: #2169956)
  * debian/control: Build-Depends on libghc-x11-dev (>= 1.10.3-5ubuntu1)
