Public bug reported:

[ Impact ]

* Changing the app search settings in GNOME Control Center (Settings ->
Search) removes the snapd and web search providers from GNOME Shell, but
the extensions only register them once, in enable(). Toggling the
providers, their order, or the external-provider switch therefore leaves
the overview without snap/web results until the session is restarted.

[ Test Plan ]

* On Ubuntu 26.04, open Settings -> Search.
* Toggle the snapd and/or web search providers, or change their order.
* Open the overview and search for a snap or a more complex search to trigger
  the web provider term.
* Expected: the snapd/web results are still present.

[ Where problems could occur ]

* The provider is re-added on each settings change; the code checks the
search results provider list before adding to avoid duplicates, and
disconnects the settings signals in disable().

[ Other Info ]

* Upstream: gnome-shell-snapd-search-provider 4b04c2a and
gnome-shell-web-search-provider 8923b06 ("extension: Ensure the search
provider is enabled on settings changes").
