After buying a laptop with "intel ultra 9 28H" and "Intel Corporation
Arrow Lake-P [Arc Pro 130T/140T]" i experience issues with sleep mode
and power management. i don't know if it related to this but also
program hangs for few seconds some instances up to a minute.
