Unfortunately, this does not fix the issue for me (at least when using
Tiling Assistant).

After enabling -proposed and using the command recommended in #10, I
rebooted and enabled sloppy focus.

## How to demonstrate issue

1. Open two terminals (or any applications)

2. Use the Tiling Assistant shortcuts to snap both windows to the left
(or right) edge (so they are overlapping or on top of each other).

3. Hover mouse over both windows.

4. Use the Tiling Assistant shortcut to snap the focused window to the
other side (ie. left to right)

5. Even though the mouse did not move, the window underneath will get
focus rather than the previous window keeping focus.

In 24.04, the focus would remain with the top window, which was nice as
you could keep using the Tiling Assistant shortcuts to move windows
around. Now, as soon as you move the focused window to the side, it
will lose focus... which is very jarring.
