Public bug reported:

libcvd 0.0~git20221020150751.30e8cfc+ds1-1build7 has been in stonking-
proposed for ~286 days and has never built. It isn't in stonking
release.

It fails to build with FFmpeg 8 (LP: #2143893):

cvd_src/videoffmpeg.cc:29:25: error: 'avcodec_close' was not declared
in this scope

Build log:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libcvd/0.0~git20221020150751.30e8cfc+ds1-1build7/+build/32793480

Debian unstable has the same version, with no FFmpeg 8 fix (also serious
#1133811, libcvd-dev fails to co-install).

Its only reverse dependency, threeb (0.0~git20220106110332.a3144e0-7,
~138 days in proposed, also not in stonking release), needs libcvd2, so
it has to go too.

Please remove libcvd and threeb from stonking-proposed. They can come
back via sync once libcvd is ported to FFmpeg 8.
