Public bug reported:
These sources are only in stonking-proposed (not in stonking release),
have never built in Ubuntu, and are also stuck in Debian (not in
testing). Their builds are in dependency wait on packages that aren't
available in stonking:
bioperl-run 1.7.3-14 (~148 days)
waits on libbio-tools-run-alignment-clustalw-perl (not in Ubuntu; only in
Debian unstable). Was in Debian trixie, removed from testing.
cadquery 0.0~git20260224135352.ba71107-2 (~138 days)
waits on python3-ocp, which stonking only has as a stale riscv64 binary.
strawberry-graphql 0.320.0-1 (~101 days)
waits on python3-litestar (litestar was removed from stonking-proposed).
strawberry-graphql-django 0.86.0-1 (~133 days)
waits on strawberry-graphql (>= 0.310.1), i.e. the package above.
Nothing in stonking depends on them. Please remove all four from
stonking-proposed; they can come back via sync once Debian migrates them
to testing.
