Public bug reported:

[Impact]
On machines with MediaTek MT7925 Wi-Fi (PCI ID 14c3:7925), resuming from
hibernation with the 26.10 kernel (7.3.0-9-generic) hangs the system
right after the hibernation image is restored. Only a hard power-off
helps. The 7.0 kernel from 26.04 is not affected.

Upstream regression: c4edf9e3e0e5 ("wifi: mt76: mt7925: replace shared rx
irq masks with per-chip definitions"), merged in v7.3-rc1. It sets
wm2_complete_mask for MT7925, which has no MCU_WA rx queue, so the reset
done during restore touches a NAPI that was never initialised.

[Fix]
Cherry-pick upstream commit c182bfe944eb ("wifi: mt76: mt7925: fix reset
panic caused by the WM2 rx irq mask") from
git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/wireless/wireless-next.git
It has "Fixes: c4edf9e3e0e5" and applies cleanly to Ubuntu-7.3.0-9.9.
It is only in wireless-next (targeted at 7.4), so v7.3 and 7.3.y will
not have it unless it is backported.

[Test Plan]
1. On an MT7925 machine with hibernation set up, run: systemctl hibernate
2. Power on and let the image restore.
Without the fix the system hangs after the restore. With the fix it
resumes and Wi-Fi works. Tested here with an out-of-tree mt7925e built
from the Ubuntu-7.3.0-9.9 source plus c182bfe944eb.

[Where problems could occur]
The change only touches mt7925_irq_map and MT7925_INT_RX_DONE_ALL; the
MT7927/MT7928 maps are untouched. MT7925 has no MCU_WA rx ring, so the
WM2 interrupt was never handled correctly anyway. If the change were
wrong, it would show up as lost MCU events on MT7925 after module load
or a chip reset.
