Public bug reported:

ggml-cuda 0.20.2-2 (multiverse) has been in stonking-proposed for ~52
days. It has never been in an Ubuntu release.

It builds (amd64, amd64v3, arm64), but libggml0-backend-cuda is
uninstallable: it depends on the exact ggml version it was built
against,

  libggml0 (>= 0.20.2-1), libggml0 (<< 0.20.2-2~)

while stonking has ggml 0.22.0-1ubuntu3. The CUDA libraries
(libcublas12, libcudart12, libnvidia-compute-595) are available. It has
chased ggml through 0.18.1, 0.19.0 and 0.20.2 in proposed without ever
catching up; with this exact pin, every ggml upload breaks it.

Debian: ggml-cuda 0.26.0-1 in unstable/contrib (0.24.0 in trixie-
backports), not in testing; ggml 0.26.0 in testing. Debian never had a
0.22 ggml-cuda matching stonking's ggml. No bugs.

Upstream (https://github.com/ggml-org/ggml) is very active.

Nothing in stonking depends on it. Please remove ggml-cuda from
stonking-proposed; it can come back next cycle together with a matching
ggml.
