I just run into the same issue right now after upgrading my pibopot from ubuntu 22.04 to 24.04 and now 26.04.
As far as I understand this here is also a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release- upgrader/+bug/2151216 The bug is a little nebulous about the issue and rather an internal meta discussion bug.
