Public bug reported:

ruby-selenium-webdriver 4.4.0-1ubuntu1 can't be loaded in stonking:

Its gemspec requires childprocess (>= 0.5, < 5.0) and rubyzip (>= 1.2.2,
< 3.0), but stonking ships ruby-childprocess 5.1.0-2 and ruby-zip
3.4.1+dfsg-1. Because the Ubuntu delta installs it with the --gem-
install layout, rubygems enforces those ranges, so `require 'selenium-
webdriver'` fails.

Visible effect: ruby-capybara 3.40.0+ds-3 has been stuck in stonking-proposed
for 72 days. Two tests fail (spec/dsl_spec.rb:167 and :173) because "Capybara's
selenium driver is unable to load `selenium-webdriver`":
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ruby-capybara/3.40.0+ds-3/+build/33461328

The selenium-webdriver Ubuntu delta (4.4.0-1ubuntu1, 2024: "switch to
--gem-install layout") is obsolete: Debian adopted --gem-install in
4.43.0-1. Debian testing has 4.49.0-1, which no longer uses childprocess
and accepts rubyzip < 4.0. The ubuntu1 suffix has kept it from
autosyncing since 2024.

Fix (next cycle, too big a change the day before release): sync ruby-
selenium-webdriver 4.49.0-1 (4.4 -> 4.49 upstream), then rebuild/retry
ruby-capybara.
