The 470 driver will only work with the 6.8.x kernel ( bug 2110338 )
Are you sure you need the 470.xx driver though? Aftermarket GTX 750Ti
cards are based on Maxwell (GM107) chips and should be able to use
580.xx
There is OEM variant of the 750Ti that is based on a Kepler (GK106) that
would require 470.xx
Check output of lspci to confirm which one you have.
