Same regression here on Ubuntu 26.04 LTS (resolute): Laptop: System76 Lemur Pro 16 (lemp14), Intel Core Ultra X7 358H (Panther Lake), xe driver 7.0.0-30-generic: internal display works normally. 7.0.0-38-generic: internal display stays black at boot. [Add if confirmed: “CPU pipe A FIFO underrun” in kernel log; hotplugging HDMI wakes the panel.] This also affects 26.04, not only 24.04 HWE.
