The “Local Port” setting requested here was added in network-manager- vpnc 0.9.8 (NEWS: “Added a ‘local port’ setting, for servers that require connections to come from a specific port”). The current editor has a “Local port” spin button (0–65535), and the service only falls back to port 0 when the setting is absent. Checked against the 1.4.0 source. This can be marked Fix Released.
