Public bug reported: Series: 26.10 Kernel version: 7.3.0 (abi versions 9, 10 both have the bug)
A recent regression in the 7.3.0 kernel series broke support for the Behringer UMC204HD, as documented in the related bug threads. This bug made it into the ubuntu kernels. Commit e88f4749c02fba11c62e880c29d35d254b7e69d0 in linux upstream fixes this regression. I have built the ubuntu kernel locally and confirmed the fix with this patch as the only change.
