This bug was fixed in the package ca-certificates -
20260816ubuntu0.26.10.2
---------------
ca-certificates (20260816ubuntu0.26.10.2) stonking-security; urgency=medium
* Run update-ca-certificates synchronously with hooks enabled during
postinst configure so additions and removals are not lost before hooks
run (LP: #2061817, Debian #1069251).
* Forward --fresh to hook scripts, allowing ca-certificates-java to request
a full reconciliation (Debian #866670).
* Break ca-certificates-java versions older than the trigger-safe 20210218
hook implementation.
* Remove a stale deterministic temporary bundle before rebuilding it.
* Document hook stdin, --fresh forwarding, and add-before-remove ordering.
